Order delivery can range from 2-14 business days depending on which option you choose and where you are located. Your order will receive an estimated delivery time.

IN-STORE PICK UP
We offer pick up at both of our locations with a 24-hour turnaround. You will see a Pick Up option at checkout if the items are available at that location. Please see inventory by location on our product pages if you need to pick up from a specific location.


LOCAL COURIER (NEXT-DAY DELIVERY)
$10 or free on orders $125+

We are happy to be offering a faster and cheaper shipping alternative to those that are within our local courier range. If you are, you will see Always OT Local Courier at checkout. AlwaysOT offers a next day service Monday-Friday. Their delivery window is between 4pm-10pm Monday - Friday.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY (orders shipped via courier or Canada Post)

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We offer exchange or store credit for orders that have shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. No refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


IN-STORE RETURN POLICY (applies to in-store pick ups)

We offer 30 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds. We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges.
