Shipping policy

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ITEMS FROM BOTH LOCATIONS YOU WILL NOT SEE A PICK UP OR LOCAL COURIER OPTION DUE TO LONGER TURN AROUNDS.

LOCAL PICK UP at either our Roncesvalles or Leslieville shop (pick up is only an option if all items ordered are available at one location)

LOCAL COURIER - $10 or free on orders $150+
We are happy to offer a faster and cheaper shipping alternative to those that are within our local courier range. If you are, you will see Always OT Local Courier at checkout. AlwaysOT offers a next day service Monday-Friday.  Their delivery window is between 4pm-10pm Monday - Friday

SHIPPING - All items ship from one of our two locations in Toronto using Canada Post, or our preferred courier within 24-72 hours (Mon - Fri) of receiving an order. Please be sure to leave a note if you have any special shipping requirements. We will do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping within Canada 2-7 days

Of course with any shipping service, unforeseen issues can arise delaying the delivery of your shipment. If two weeks have passed and still no package, please get in touch with us!

We are not responsible for any stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered.

Quebec $15

Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Newfoundland

Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon $25

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. 

Once your order is filled we will email you a shipping notification along with your tracking number.

Our prices are all listed in Canadian currency.
