Shipping Info

We are currently using a courier service (AlwaysOT, GLS, FleetOptics) that delivers across Canada to all eligible Postal Codes. Any postal codes that fall outside their range, we will use Expedited Canada Post or UPS.

We are not currently shipping to the US.

CURBSIDE PICK UP 

We offer curbside pick up at both of our locations with a 24h turnaround.

You will see a Pick Up option at checkout if the items are available at that location. Please see inventory by location on our product pages if you need to pick up from a specific location. As soon as you have received an email confirming it is ready you can pop by during those days/times, no need to contact us. When you arrive, come in or call us with your order number.

Please do not come until you have received a confirmation!

NEXT DAY COURIER

Free shipping in Canada on orders $125+ 

We are happy to be offering a faster and cheaper shipping alternative for those that are within our local courier range. If you are, you will see Local Delivery at checkout. Keep in mind if you choose items from both locations you will not see a courier option at checkout as we cannot prepare it for next day, but we do use our courier service when available.

Ontario + Quebec $10 Free on Orders $125 +

AlwaysOT offers a next day service Monday-Friday. Their residential delivery window is between 4pm-10pm Monday - Friday. We can also choose a commercial delivery window during 9-5.

*Please note OT does not offer insurance on stolen packages so we are unable to refund or replace them. The drivers will knock or ring a bell upon drop off and texts are sent as notifications to expect a delivery. Photos are taken as proof of delivery. 

CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping in Canada on orders $125+ 

All items ship from both of our locations in Toronto using our courier service where available. Any postal codes outside of our courier zones will be shipped using Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. We strive to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days of us receiving your order (closer to 5 only if items are spread between both locations).  If you have concerns about the timeline, please reach out to us by email or phone before ordering and we can offer a clearer timeline. We appreciate your patience.

The longer end of the ETA’s are based on distance from major cities. More rural addresses will take longer. 

  • Ontario + Quebec (1-10 days) -  $12 

  • Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick,  Newfoundland (2-10 days) - $15

  • Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon + (7-20) - $25

MAILING GREETING CARDS - UNTRACKED

KEEP IN MIND UNTRACKED SHIPPING IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR SHOP. 

We can't track or make claims on untracked packages and are putting our full trust in Canada Post. If you are needing something in a time sensitive manner please use one of our other options listed above. Untracked mail can take up to two weeks depending on your location. Generally it can be up to a week in Ontario.

UNTRACKED CARD DIRECT TO RECIPIENT $3.00 We are offering to send your personalized cards out on your behalf. Purchase one card at a time for the rate to show up, add your personal message in the notes (Make sure the shipping address belongs to the recipient) and we will write them out and mail them for you for $3! You will see an untracked card option direct to RECIPIENT at checkout. 

UNTRACKED CARD DIRECT TO YOU $3.00 If you want your cards sent to you so you can write and deliver yourself, you can choose up to four cards and you will see a direct to YOU option for $3 to cover the cost of a shipping envelope and stamp

OTHER SHIPPING INFO

Custom & duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. No tax will be added to our customers in the US.

Once your order is filled we will email you a shipping notification along with your tracking number. 

We are only shipping within North America at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
