Returns, Exchanges + Other Store Policies

ONLINE RETURN POLICY (this applies to orders that have shipped via courier or Canada Post)

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We offer exchange or store credit for orders that have shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. No refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking to exchange an item we only cover shipping costs if there was a mistake on our end, otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Sale items, gift cards & earrings are final sale. Email us or call us 416 546 6922 if something has arrived damaged or not as expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in a claim through Canada Post.

We don't offer the option to cancel an order unless an error was made. If you change your mind after placing an order it will fall under our same return policy even if it has not shipped or been picked up. We will offer a store credit. 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY (this also applies to curb side pick ups)

We offer 30 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds.  We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges. Earrings and sale items are final sale. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
As a small business, we don't offer price adjustments on items that have gone on sale. We do our best to give advanced notice of sales and special offers on our social media channels and email communications. Make sure to stay connected in order to stay in the loop.

ABANDONED ORDER POLICY
We ask customers pick up their orders within two weeks of placement. If for some reason you are unable to come by within that two week period, please let us know. We contact customers after a month of an order not being picked up by email and by phone. If after three months an order has not been picked up and we have not heard from you we will return the items to our inventory and send you an online credit in the amount of your order. PLEASE make sure your contact information is correct on your order or we will have no way of contacting you.
