Returns & Exchanges

Online Return Policy - We are trying to keep returns and exchanges to a minimum at this time. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order (wrong item sent/damage) otherwise we will be dealing with these on a case by case basis and appreciate your understanding while our storefronts are closed. 

Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order. We offer exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking to exchange an item we only cover shipping costs if there was a mistake on our end, otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Sale items & earrings are final sale. Email us or call us 416 546 6922 if something has arrived damaged or not as expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in a claim through Canada Post.
