Even if the feeling isn’t particularly overwhelming—such as minor anxiety, unwelcome rumination, or an inability to slow your thoughts or get to sleep—sometimes you need a tool kit to help you get out of your head and back into your body. 

Breathe Through It is a collection of meditation and somatic therapy exercises with room to make notes on how each exercise worked (or didn’t work) for you. Organized in sections based on the amount of time each exercise will take, from one minute to one hour, this book is the calm-down hack everyone needs to sort out their own customized meditation practice. ONLINE RETURN POLICY (orders shipped via courier or Canada Post)

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We offer exchange or store credit for orders that have shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. No refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


IN-STORE RETURN POLICY (applies to in-store pick ups)

We offer 30 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds. We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges.
